How Can We Assist
What’s the delivery lead time?
Delivery typically takes around 60 days from the time of your order. The supplier needs approximately 30 days to process the order, and shipping takes an additional 30 days.
How do you ensure product quality?
We work with trusted suppliers we've partnered with for years. For custom or bulk orders, we personally inspect the items before shipment, providing inspection reports or photos to confirm quality.
How do I plan a trip to China?
The first step is to apply for a visa. We'll provide an official invitation letter to make the process easier. We can also assist with arranging hotel stays, factory tours, and market visits.
What are the payment terms?
Payments are split into two parts: a 30% advance at the time of order and the remaining 70% before the goods are dispatched from China. Payments are made to Easyway via wire transfer.
